Father-Son weekend

While Mommy was doing the 3Day walk Beckett and Daddy had 3 days and 3 nights in Seattle to bachelor it with Uncle Steve, Aunt Lana and Miki. We spent most of our time in the arboretum, but did get to do a few other exciting things - like visiting the aquarium, eating sushi in Bellevue and seeing the Ballard Locks. Here's a few highlight photos...

Hey dad, that tank has a fish in it.

And another fish there, and another fish there...

Uh, I don't like the giant octopus.

I like this octopus better

A pick or a scratch? Either way it's a cool painting.

Free Willy!!!

Beckett the salmon.

He climbs anything - don't worry, it's only a 20 ft drop from there into Puget Sound.

Fake smile pose

Real smile :)

Let me try uncle Steve!!! This is a huge climbing wall at Marymore park in redmond, built with MicroSoft money. It's very impressive - a beautiful park.

Aunt Lana let us take the Saab to the Ballard Locks - it was a little dicey at first, but Beckett really liked it after we got going.

More climbing - this time it's only a 15 foot drop into the Locks...

More climbing.

Ballard was a big hit, Beckett got to work out energy and see tons of boats, salmon jumping and seabirds everywhere.

It was a long weekend...
